Socken fertig / socks done

So, und das nächste Paar Socken ist fertig – wieder aus Opal Sweet &Spicy, diesmal die Farbe “Zwiebel”. Das Muster ist von Ewa Joostes – “Krauses Wellenspiel“. Ich habe allerdings ein glattes Wellenspiel daraus gemacht, in dem ich alle kraus rechts gestrickten Reihen durch glatt rechts ersetzt habe. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit den Socken, auch wenn ich beim 2. Socken die Fersenwand zwei Reihen zu lang gestrickt habe, und sie deswegen nicht ganz gleich sind.

The next pair of socks is done – knit again from Opal Sweet & Spicy, colour way “Onion”. The pattern is by Ewa Joostes, called “garter waves“. I turned it into smooth waves by replacing the garter stitch rows by stockinette rows. I’m really happy with these socks, although I managed to knit two heel flap rows to many in the one sock, so that are not completely matched.
